By accessing this website or booking an appointment with HAIRBYDAISY, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
HAIRBYDAISY provides professional hair services including cuts, color, and styling. All services are performed by Daisy at the studio located at 123 James Avenue, Suite 502, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Service pricing and descriptions are published on the Services page and may change at any time without prior notice. The price confirmed at time of booking applies to that appointment.
Appointments are requested through the online booking form. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from HAIRBYDAISY. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any appointment request.
You are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation at Daisy's discretion, with the deposit forfeited.
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount is shown at time of booking and is applied toward your service total.
Deposits are processed through Aetros Payments (powered by Elavon). By submitting a deposit, you agree to Elavon's payment terms in addition to these terms.
Deposits are non-refundable except in the event that HAIRBYDAISY cancels your appointment without offering a reschedule within a reasonable time.
We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit.
No-shows (failing to arrive without notice) forfeit the deposit and may be restricted from future bookings.
In the event of an emergency, contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to the cancellation policy are made at Daisy's sole discretion.
Hair service results vary based on hair type, current condition, color history, and other factors. HAIRBYDAISY does not guarantee specific outcomes. A consultation is available before services begin.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will assess the concern and may offer a correction appointment at no charge. We do not offer refunds for completed services.
You are responsible for disclosing any allergies, scalp conditions, sensitivities, or recent chemical treatments before your appointment. HAIRBYDAISY is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone presenting with scalp conditions, communicable illness, or behaviour that poses a safety risk to staff or other clients.
All content on this website — including text, photos, and design — is the property of HAIRBYDAISY unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAIRBYDAISY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Manitoba.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after updates constitutes acceptance.
