Arrive at 123 James Avenue
Look for the Saintuary Cafe at street level — it's your landmark.

Find the entrance
The entrance door is on the right-hand side of the cafe, by the driveway.

Buzz to get in
At the buzzer panel, press "502" to be let in.

Head to the 5th floor
Take the elevator up to the 5th floor. The studio is Suite 502.
